How does it work?

Your journey to health begins with Consultation of health, lifestyle and nutrition assessments at The UltraWellness Center. The first appointment with a Dr.Anish Musa must be made in-person at The UltraWellness Center in Lifecare Hospital, Patan. Follow-up appointments may take place in person or remotely via phone. Before your first consultation, you will be sent a comprehensive questionnaire to complete at home. This form takes approximately 90-120 minutes to complete, and we request that this is done at least two days in advance of the consultation to allow Dr. Anish an opportunity to prepare. We also need scan copy of your existing or old report or any Health documents.

 Step-2: Free Consultation

We offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you better understand our approach and to see if it is a fit for you. This consultation is a chance for you to discuss some of your key health goals and concerns.  We will provide you with enough information so you can decide that this program fit your need and help you to control your disease. Note that you will not receive any diagnosis or treatment as part of this short consultation. Step-3: First Consultation

Gather information

During pre-appointment with one of our staff, we engage in a conversation to find out more about you, your health, and family history to build your in-depth health profile. We ask you to submit your existing or old lab reports or your health files.

Consultation:

During 60-90 minutes planed appointment with Dr.Anish Musa, We will go over your medical history, your goals, ailments, prior lab testing, and nutrition. We create a Timeline of events and illness happened in your life.

What do you expect from Step-1

We find probable root causes of your health problem. We teach you regarding the functional medicine approach to healing your health problem. So by the end of this consultation, you will be confident about our approach to heal you. We will explain to you about the cost of treatment and the available option for wellness membership. If you further agree to go ahead, We will do initial lab workup.

Step-4: Lab Workup

Depending upon your history and previous lab, we advise you to get lab workup. Lab workup is available at our center. As you know that when we want to go deep in your health, we need to get done a routine test and specialized test that find the functional abnormality in your body. Some tests are readily available here, and for a specialized test, we need to send your sample to the lab to Germany or US.

It takes time to get done all lab workup. So keep patience and till lab reports come we will educate about food and nutrition.

                       

Step-5: Delivery Of Health Plan

After we receive all your report which may take two weeks after your first appointment, We will call you for this visit. We will discuss your report and in-depth analysis of your health. We will teach you regarding your health condition and new health and treatment plan.

  • We will give you food and nutrition Plan that you can follow. We will monitor this plan. Its customized food plan as per your need.
  • Depending upon your root cause we need to prescribe you supplement. We are using the highest quality supplements.

Step-6: Followup & Membership

We realize that your journey toward health and vitality begins with your first visit to The UltraWellness Center. Most of the chronic disease take time to resolve, as we continue to work together, our team is available for remote or in person follow-up appointments. You will receive ongoing support from us. We hope to continue to optimize your health, encourage prevention, and share new health discoveries with you. We provide you support with Email, Phone, and messages. We continuously gather information from you and guide you as per need. We record your health status and record.

We are providing Membership Plan for this. The most economical way to continue treatment is to take 3, 6 or 12-month membership plan.
