Magnesium is known as a mineral for “inner peace” and also as the “power mineral”. No other vital substance makes us resilient to stress and calms our nervous system while simultaneously providing us with endurance and energy as magnesium
From the point of view of orthomolecular medicine, magnesium is the most important mineral for human beings, because it cannot be accumulated, like calcium for example, but must be taken on a daily basis. Magnesium plays a key role in our hectic lifestyles. How we feel, whether we are able to master our daily challenges, and how much energy and strength we have – both physically and mentally – largely depends on the magnesium availability in our body.
What Conditions Can Benefit from Magnesium?
Magnesium is known to reduce muscle tension, lessen pain associated with migraine headaches, improve sleep, and address neurological disorders such as anxiety and depression.
Conditions linked to magnesium levels include:

Magnesium works within our cells — the powerhouses, factories, and regulators of the body Did you know that over 500 Chemical and Enzymatic
Reactions Involve Magnesium in Your Body?
Because it is a necessary part of hundreds of biochemical reactions occurring constantly inside our cells, magnesium’s presence or absence affects the brain, the muscles, and the heart and blood vessels.
What are the Effects of Magnesium?
While many are aware of the importance of calcium, the parallel and in some ways even more crucial role of another essential mineral — magnesium — is less widely known. As a result, adequate magnesium intake is rare, worldwide.
There are fifteen essential minerals required by our bodies to function properly. These can be divided into “trace minerals”, those required in very small amounts, and “macro-minerals” or “major minerals”, those required in larger amounts.
The six major minerals required in excess of 250 mg per day include:
- Calcium
- Magnesium
- Potassium
- Phosphorous
- Sodium
- Chloride
The body needs these minerals on a regular basis as it cannot manufacture them. Four percent of the body’s weight is made up of minerals, but their function as regulators is vast.
Functions of Magnesium:
- Is an important factor in muscle relaxation and heart health
- Allows nerves to send messages in the brain and nervous system
- Aids and regulates the body’s use of calcium and other minerals
- Assists in bone and teeth formation
- Regulates the metabolism of nutrients such as protein, nucleic acids, fats and carbohydrates
- Regulates cholesterol production and helps modulate insulin sensitivity 3
- Assists in energy production, DNA transcription, and protein synthesis
- Maintains the structural health of cell membranes throughout the body
Healthy magnesium levels have been linked to lowered blood pressure, reduced incidence of type II diabetes, emergency migraine treatment, reduced symptoms of asthma, and improved memory.
Magnesium is also a healthy part of the bone and a necessary element in healthy calcium regulation. Increased magnesium has been linked to reduced bone loss in older adults.
Magnesium is important …
- For healthy bones and teeth
- For the heart and circulation
- For healthy blood pressure
- For the metabolism
- For muscle cramps
- For healthy skin
- For healthy joint
- For treating pain and migraines
- In case of period pains and menopause complaints
- In case of stress and sleeping problems
- In case of a weak immune system
- In the case of depression and anxiety
- In case of excess weight
- In the case of diabetes
- In anti-aging therapy
- For sport and high-performance sport
- For health care
Who Should Supplement Magnesium?
Magnesium has been linked to reduced incidence of common conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome in large peer-reviewed, long-term studies. Studies today focus on whether active magnesium supplementation may be one of the missing links to preventing these diseases, as well as several disorders affecting the brain, muscles, and skin.
With an estimated most people taking insufficient magnesium, the number of people at risk for chronic deficiency is high. This is especially so among older people, as the ability to absorb adequate amounts magnesium slowly declines with age.
The good news is that magnesium supplementation is a safe and effective way for most people to ensure they are getting enough magnesium to stay healthy before deficiencies arise.
Nearly Everybody needs Magnesium to stay healthy.
Angstrom Magnesium is concentrated liquid magnesium in its ionic form – angstrom in size – and the form most easily and safely used by the body. It is also the best tasting and highly concentrated liquid magnesium product available.
The fact is, over 70% of people are deficient in Magnesium due to poor diet and stress! The need for magnesium support today is higher than ever. Without it, many of the body’s functions including the nervous system, maintaining good bone density, and even cardiovascular health become stressed and this can lead to big issues.
Not all magnesium is created equal and it is very important to use a form that is designed to provide what the body truly needs and can process easily. Our Angstrom Magnesium + is a favorite among our customers and health professionals for these reasons:
It is truly The Magnesium Miracle as it is an essential cofactor required by 700-800 enzyme systems that promote thousands of biochemical reactors in the body. It regulates temperature, produces and transports energy, transmits nerve signals, and relaxes muscles. Magnesium is vital for glucose, fat, and protein metabolism, and affects every cell in the body in a positive life-supporting way. Magnesium also supports healthy bones by regulating calcium absorption and metabolizing the active form of Vitamin D from its storage form.
This mineral are meticulously created from a pure source of magnesium and developed to deliver stabilized magnesium ions that are similar in size to plant magnesium. It is a picometer-ionic form of magnesium, smaller in diameter than the body’s cell mineral ion channels. Its direct and complete absorption into cells Our Magnesium does not have a laxative effect.
Directions for Use
Dosage: Adult Dose: 12-13 drops(1 ML) twice daily in water or juice with or without food. We also recommend that you begin slowly taking 10 drops once a day and increasing by 10 drops every 5 days to reach the desired dose 3ml per day.
